: This is a new thatched roof log cabin with distant sea view from a beautiful deck. An open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area divide two bedrooms each with own shower bathrooms. One with a double bed, the other with two bunk beds plus extra bed if required. Fully equipped + TV and DVD.
Rates in season. R600 per night.
Rates out of season. R400 per night.
A R500 breakage deposit, R100 cleaning fee & R20 per person for linen will apply per booking. |

Cancelation Policy: A single supplement of 30% applies for single rates
Deposits: To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total accommodation tariff, must be received. Once the deposit is received the reservation will be confirmed by mail. Single Tariffs: A single supplement is applicable as noted. Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Tariffs, on confirmed reservations for which a deposit has been received, will be held.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be rebooked, including premature curtailment of stay.
Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival.
Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or ‘non arrival’. No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit
From 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit
From 21 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit
Before 30 days, forfeit 10% of the deposit
