: We have a tastefully decorated two bedroom apartment with twin beds in each room, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The living-room is comfortable with TV, M-Net and a DVD-player. From the livingroom a sliding-door goes out on the balcony into the private garden and braai. You can enjoy your holiday in a warm and homely decorated apartment which is extremely suitable for children. We are situated in an upmarket neigbourhood and we have a panoramic sea and mountain view. We have secure parking.

Activities: Jeffreys Bay is a year round fun place to be and known for it`s world famous waves at Supertubes. The Billabong Pro is held here every year in June/July. We are also proud to mention that our beaches have blue flag status. We offer a variety of activities as canoeing, which canbe arranged on request. During the holidays here are many activities for children like touch rugby on the beach! Do not forget the Shell Museum.
The bustling town is bordered on both sides by nature reserves. A wide variety of shops reflect the diversity of local talent. A good selection of coffee-shops , fast food take-aways and restaurants cater for every culinary.
Discover the culture of Kouga. The annual Fynbos Festival is held every year in August in Humansdorp. More than 2000 species of plants grow naturally in the area. Jeffreys Bay is part of the Whale route and a visit to the outlook at Plane Street is necessary!(Between July and October) |

Cancelation Policy: A single supplement of 30% applies for single rates
Deposits: To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total accommodation tariff, must be received. Once the deposit is received the reservation will be confirmed by mail. Single Tariffs: A single supplement is applicable as noted. Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Tariffs, on confirmed reservations for which a deposit has been received, will be held.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be rebooked, including premature curtailment of stay.
Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival.
Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or ‘non arrival’. No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit
From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit
From 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit
From 21 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit
Before 30 days, forfeit 10% of the deposit
The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit, or credit card details.
