Directions: From Port Elizabeth
Travel on the N2 for approximately 50 kms. Take the turn off marked "Jeffreys Bay South / Mondplaas. Turn left at the first T-junction and then right onto the R102. From this point travel 10 kms until you see a sign "Kabeljousrivier /Smithtown/Stone Quarry" (Equestrian Estate Office). Turn right, you will cross a railway line and after 1 km the tar road ends. From the start of the gravel road Fijnbosch is exactly 4 kms on the left.
From Humansdorp
Travel on the N2 in the direction of Port Elizabeth. Take the turn off marked Jeffreys Bay. After 5 kms you will see a sign "Kabeljous/Humansdorp". Turn left in the direction of Kabeljous. After 5 kms you will see a sign "Kabeljousrivier /Smithtown/Stone Quarry". Turn left, you will cross a railway line and after 1 km the tar road ends. From the start of the gravel road Fijnbosch is exactly 4 kms on the left.

Cancelation Policy: A single supplement of 30% applies for single rates. Deposits: To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total accommodation tariff, must be received. Once the deposit is received the reservation will be confirmed by mail. Single Tariffs: A single supplement is applicable as noted. Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Tariffs, on confirmed reservations for which a deposit has been received, will be held. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be rebooked, including premature curtailment of stay. Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival. Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or ‘non arrival’. No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit
From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit
From 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit
From 21 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit
Before 30 days, forfeit 10% of the deposit
