Boasts a beautiful picturesque tropical garden with swimming pool, sun deck and shade garden, prides itself on offering elegantly, furnished en-suite bedrooms. Accommodation is only 150m from the Jeffreys Bay beach. Each bedroom comes with kitchenette (fully equipped), ceiling fan and TV as well as safe parking for your car. We offer delicious, hearty South African full English or Continental Breakfasts. We also cater for Vegetarians. Lovely bright sunny rooms which are cool in summer and warm in winter. We have 16 units. Our cabanas are serviced daily

Cancelation Policy:

A single supplement of 50% applies for single rates

Deposits: To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total accommodation tariff, must be received. Once the deposit is received the reservation will be confirmed by mail. Single Tariffs: A single supplement is applicable as noted. Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Tariffs, on confirmed reservations for which a deposit has been received, will be held.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be rebooked, including premature curtailment of stay.

Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival.

Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or ‘non arrival’. No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit
From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit
From 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit
From 21 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit
Before 30 days, forfeit 10% of the deposit
