: This large gem 500m to Lower point beach has an exquisite surf breaker view over bay & Gamtoos Mountains. (Upstairs) Has an indoor patio braai, with open plan lounge (TV.Video and Hi-Fi) dining area leading into the kitchen. A large main bedroom (TV, Video, DVD & DSTV/bring your own card if you have a 990 model or under) with en suite bathroom (relax in the bath and enjoy the ocean view) plus a guest toilet. (Downstairs) has a TV room (with Computer, TV and DVD player) full bathroom, 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds and garage. Cancelation Policy: A single supplement of 30% applies for single rates
Deposits: To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total accommodation tariff, must be received. Once the deposit is received the reservation will be confirmed by mail. Single Tariffs: A single supplement is applicable as noted. Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Tariffs, on confirmed reservations for which a deposit has been received, will be held.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be rebooked, including premature curtailment of stay.
Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival.
Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or ‘non arrival’. No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit
From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit
From 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit
From 21 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit
Before 30 days, forfeit 10% of the deposit
